Try this gratitude exercise but with a twist

We often hear about the power of gratitude for mental health!

But instead of trying the simple gratitude exercise, I tried this, and it significantly helped me deal with stress.

How it works: Each day, jot down one thing you're grateful for. But here’s the twist! Instead of focusing on what you have, think about how your life would be without it. This exercise helps us appreciate the blessings we often take for granted.

Why it matters: Cultivating gratitude reduces stress, boosts mood, and enhances overall mental well-being. It shifts our perspective from scarcity to abundance, fostering resilience.

Try it for a week and see how this exercise transforms your mindset.

Here's to a mentally healthier you!

Stay Awesome 😊
